Main Characteristics
1.UV Curing hotmelt adhesive with high peel strength,high adhesion,good weather resistance,wide range of applicability,for a variety of substrates can replace more traditional heat curing pressure sensitive adhesive.
2.The machine can be customised according to different substrates and width of different UV curing mode,UV applicable oversized cooling rollers installed,or tunnel type UV light curing mode.
3.The use of fully automatic PLC man-machine interaction control,easy to operate,and can be configured according to customer demand for data monitoring and collection system.
Range Of Application
UV curing hot melt adhesives can be used to coat a wide range of substrates,such as non-woven fabrics,PVC,PET,rubber,paper-based,cloth-based,and so on.
This machine mainly apply in label,adhesive tapes,slide fastener adhering,etc.This machine is suitable for exploring new products and low production.
We also customize other machine used in high viscidity hot melt adhesive coating (PA\PES\PU\EVA. etc), such as application of shoes materials, Bag materials, rock oil antisepsis tapes and hot melt adhesive film etc.
