Main Characteristics:
The machine is suitable for kinds of high viscosity hot melt adhesive and thermoplastic materials. By automatic net-exchange filter, collocate adhesive melting pump and choose special coating die, the hihest uniformity is obtained. Besides, get different coating design y exchanging rollers. In the meanwhile, the high efficiency chilling device ensures higher coating speed. This machine is especially suitale for polyamide and polyester. Screw continuously feeding glue and stable glue feeding pressure. The glue output is between 15kg - 1000kg, working temperature: 150-250degree, suitable viscosity is 3000-150000cps.
Application:
This machine is mainly suitable for high viscosity hot melt adhesive coating, such as PA, PES, PU, EVA, TPU, etc. It is widely applied to shoematerials, bag materials, hot melt adhesive film, cloth materials, waterproof materials, reflective materials, etc.
