(one) machine configuration
1. The unwind device is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and iron steel
2. The main machine configuration adopts 25mm steel plate and steel tube to brace.
3. Driving-shell adopts 1.5mm armor plate
4. The rewinder is installed in the main configuration.
(Two) hot melt tank
1. The tank shell is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and 1.2mm steel plate
2. The hot melt is founded of aluminum alloy there is three layers constructions , the inner layer is coated with anti-sticking layer.

4. The glue pump adopts metric gear pump that can bear high temperature

6. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed
