Main characteristic
1. An AC converter control is used for both speed and quantity of glue feeding for which both automatic synchronous tracking and manual control are available.
2. JYT-B hot melt coating machine adopts intelligent PID temperature control system, it can control the temperature exactly and the error is with in 1 centi degree
3. The glue melting oven is coated with the antisticking layer, efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against carbonization.

Part one: Mainframe
1. The first unwind device is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and iron steel. The second unwind install main frame.
2. This machine is mainly composed of Wallboard and the connecting rod. Wallboard by Longmen boring and milling center and refined processing. Its jointed large steel rod to form a beautiful appearance, full of steel, high precision machine frame. The main machine configuration adopts 20mm steel plate and steel tube to brace.
3. Driving-shell adopts 2.0 mm armor plate
Part Two: Hot melt tank:
1. The tank shell is jointed quadrate steel, groove steel and 2.0 mm steel plate
2. The hot melt is founded of aluminum alloy, three layers heating. The inner layer is coated with anti-sticking Teflon 15um layer( Import American DuPont), efficaciously prevent the hot melt adhesive against carbonization.
3. Adopt built-in molten heater.
4. The glue pump adopts metric gear pump that can bear high temperature
5. Collocate exact filter
6. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed
7. The temperature adopts PID controller. 3 layers are controlled separatively
8. The high temperature is 230° C
9. Heating power is about 26kw
